Dr. Elizabeth Kinsel is from the Canal Winchester, OH area. Most of her clients know her as Dr. Libby. She grew up in an animal loving family and was always eager to accompany her family pets to the veterinary office. For as long as she can remember, she always wanted to be a veterinarian and walk in the footsteps of her mentor, Dr. William Haynes.
Dr. Libby graduated from Canal Winchester High School. She completed her undergrad studies at Miami University in Ohio. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2003 with her degree in veterinary medicine. She has been the owner of Creature Comforts Veterinary Center since 2004.
Dr. Kinsel believes that the commonsense approach to veterinary medicine that she observed from Dr. Haynes and his staff has made her the kind of veterinarian that she is today. She is passionate about keeping the “whole patient” happy and healthy, which includes the patient’s family.
Dr. Libby considers her veterinary family her extended family. She values the relationships that she has built over the years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She wants to follow the activities of her nieces and nephews as they grow. Dr. Libby also loves going to concerts with her cousin, Kate and her friend, Erin. She has a true love for shelter animals. Dr. Libby volunteers at the local shelters to improve the health and quality of life for the community’s dogs and cats. She also hopes to get back to horseback riding.
